Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order

1. Definitions

  • User / Client refers to any individual placing an order with the Company.
  • Products refer to bridal gowns, evening gowns, accessories, and related services.
  • Custom / Made-to-Measure refers to any gown produced or altered specifically for the Client.
  • Company refers to Amour Bridal Trading LLC.

2. Availability

All orders are subject to availability of materials, fabrics, embellishments, and production capacity.

In case of unavailability of any material, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Propose a similar alternative, or
  • Offer an item of equal or higher value.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Written approval of the selected design and measurements, AND
  • Receipt of the required advance payment.

Verbal discussions or showroom conversations shall not be binding.

4. Custom & Made-to-Measure Disclaimer

Custom-made and made-to-measure gowns are handcrafted products.

The Client acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Minor variations in fabric shade, lace pattern, embroidery placement, beading, or finishing are inherent.
  • The final gown may vary slightly from samples, sketches, or photographs.
  • Such variations do not constitute defects or non-conformity.

No claims, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges shall be accepted on these grounds.

5. Measurements & Client Responsibility

  • Body changes may affect gown fit.
  • The Company is not responsible for changes after order placement.
  • Additional alterations due to body changes shall be charged separately.

Approved measurements at the time of order are final.

6. Fittings & Alterations Policy

  • First 3 size alterations are included; design alterations are excluded.
  • Additional fittings or alterations incur extra charges.
  • No alterations after final fitting approval.

7. Event Date Acknowledgement

The Client must provide the correct event date at the time of order.

The Company is not responsible for incorrect dates or late changes.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • 50% non-refundable advance payment is required.
  • Remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
  • Payments accepted in AED or USD.

9. Cancellation or Change of Order

No cancellations or refunds are allowed after advance payment.

The advance payment is a commitment fee.

10. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Delays due to force majeure or logistics do not qualify for refunds.

11. Storage & Collection

  • Free storage for 45 days.
  • Items uncollected after 3 months may be considered abandoned.

12. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

13. Care, Cleaning & Damage Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for damage after delivery or collection.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Client confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
